How We Use Your Data
IMPORTANT: The information below must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which governs our overall use of your personal data.
When you choose to participate in any applicable ‘pre-save’, ‘pre-add’, ‘follow’, ‘subscribe’, or other artist or label-based marketing campaign (“Campaign”) operated by Creative Science Music or its record label NSD Records (“CSM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you give us permission to connect with certain music services or third-party providers in order to access your user account in the manner and for the purposes described below.
Information obtained by CSM
Once you approve our connection with an applicable music service or third-party provider, and until such connection expires or is terminated by you using one of the methods described below, CSM may access and store some or all of the following information (“Third Party Data”) from your user account:
– The e-mail address registered with the music service or third-party provider, where available.
– Information about your user account, including but not limited to your country and geo-location.
– Activity information, including but not limited to content you have interacted with (e.g., playlists, artists you follow, recently played tracks, and/or channel subscriptions).
Actions taken by CSM
Depending on the type of Campaign in which you have chosen to participate, CSM may use the connection with the applicable music service or third-party provider to fulfill one or more of the following actions relevant to that Campaign in respect of your user account:
– Adding or removing items to your library or collection.
– Creating, editing, or following playlists.
– Subscribing to channels or other service features.
– Following artists or labels.
In addition, CSM and NSD Records may utilize some or all of your Third Party Data for any of the following purposes:
– To enhance our relationship with you by sending email updates about Creative Science Music releases, artists, genres, or special offers (where you have consented to receive them).
– To send you other relevant marketing communications, including targeted advertisements via third-party platforms that we believe may interest you.
– To conduct research, analysis, and performance tracking for our artists and campaigns.
Your Choices
To remove Creative Science Music’s access to your account, please visit the applicable music or third-party provider’s website and follow their specific instructions:

YouTube — http://myaccount.google.com/security
Twitter — https://twitter.com/settings/connected_apps
You can request deletion of your Third Party Data history by emailing us directly at creativesciencemusic@gmail.com from the email address associated with the relevant music service or third-party account. Please include the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please note that deleting your data will discontinue Creative Science Music’s collection of Third Party Data; however, you will still need to revoke the original permission within the third-party service as outlined above. Deleting your data may also remove any active subscriptions, pre-saves, or playlist actions associated with your participation in our Campaigns.
